Description

You will design and implement state-of-the-art generative models for NLP tasks, including text generation, translation, and summarization, while collaborating with engineers to deploy scalable, real-time models in production.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement generative models for NLP tasks such as text completion, translation, and document summarization.
• Develop and optimize LLM solutions using deep learning and generative modeling techniques.
• Build and manage data pipelines to evaluate and preprocess large-scale datasets for model training.
• Collaborate with software engineers to deploy generative models in production, focusing on scalability and real-time performance.
• Articulate model behavioral analysis and hallucination effects to business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and NLP technologies.
• Deep expertise in generative models, including GANs, VAEs, and transformer-based architectures.
• Solid understanding of Transformer Encoder Networks.
• Experience with model development, serving, and training/re-training in data-sparse environments.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering techniques for instruction-based LLMs.
• Ability to work onsite in Raritan, NJ.
