Description

You will design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI and ML solutions, integrating Python-based LLMs with Java or .NET systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and train AI/ML models using Python, focusing on NLP and LLM architectures.
• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and reliability in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Influence AI behavior using Model Context Protocol (MCP) and remediate code use cases.
• Build and deploy AI solutions integrated with existing Java or .NET-based infrastructure.
• Own the end-to-end AI/ML SDLC, from ideation through production deployment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering or AI/ML.
• Proven experience building AI/ML solutions from scratch in an enterprise environment.
• Advanced Python development skills with deep expertise in LLMs and NLP.
• Senior-level programming experience in Java or .NET.
• Hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Strong background in prompt engineering and AI agent development.
• Experience across the AI/ML SDLC in a large-scale environment.
