AGILEITSERVICE LLC is actively seeking an experienced GenAI & Machine Learning Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning, and cloud-based AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-scale AI applications.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions for enterprise applications.
• Build AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Llama, Claude, Gemini, or Mistral.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases.
• Fine-tune and optimize foundation models for domain-specific use cases.
• Design scalable ML pipelines for model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Develop AI agents and workflow automation using modern AI frameworks.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Engineers, Product Owners, and Business stakeholders.
• Implement prompt engineering techniques to improve model performance.
• Deploy AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve AI systems.
• Ensure security, governance, and responsible AI best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in technical design discussions.

Required Skills
• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
• Strong experience with Python.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with OpenAI GPT, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or Mistral.
• Strong knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
• Experience building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications.
• Hands-on experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, Milvus, or FAISS.
• Experience with Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience with NLP techniques including embeddings, tokenization, and transformers.
• Strong SQL and NoSQL database knowledge.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Cloud experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• REST API development using FastAPI or Flask.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

 Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with AI Agents and Multi-Agent frameworks.
• Experience with Hugging Face Transformers.
• Experience with MLflow, Kubeflow, or Vertex AI.
• Azure AI Engineer, AWS Machine Learning, or Google Professional ML
