Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Build AI agents using LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
• Develop and maintain RAG pipelines using vector databases.
• Integrate LLMs into applications and backend services.
• Build APIs and scalable backend systems using Python.
• Manage AI model deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver AI solutions.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance.
• Follow AI governance, compliance, and best practices.

Experience:

• 10-15 years of experience in software development, AI, or machine learning.
• Strong experience with Python and Generative AI technologies.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and AI agent frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of MLOps, Docker, CI/CD, and API development.
• Experience leading technical teams and delivering enterprise applications.
• Exposure to AI governance and responsible AI practices is preferred.
