Description

You will design, develop, and deploy Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions, building scalable backend systems and AI agents. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain AI agents using LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
• Develop and optimize RAG pipelines using vector databases and integrate LLMs into applications.
• Design, build, and manage APIs and scalable backend services using Python.
• Manage AI model deployment, monitoring, and optimization across cloud platforms.
• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance on AI governance and best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development, AI, or machine learning.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Generative AI technologies.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and AI agent frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of MLOps, Docker, CI/CD, and API development.
• Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering enterprise applications.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AI governance and responsible AI practices.
