Description

You will enable Generative AI capabilities across the enterprise development community by identifying, evaluating, and productionizing GenAI tools.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and productionize GenAI tools for enterprise use.
• Explore and integrate AI technologies, including Agents and MCP Servers.
• Build and support internal tools and applications.
• Implement modern engineering practices, including automated testing and release strategies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development and architecture experience.
• Strong Python experience (mandatory).
• Proficiency in Java.
• Experience with at least one GenAI Development Tool (GitHub Copilot, Coding Agent, Claude, Gemini Code Assist, or Devin).
• Experience with a Java UI framework (TypeScript, Vue, React, Angular, or JavaScript).
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• 1+ years of experience with AI Agent and MCP Server development.
