You will design and develop GenAI and LLM-based systems to deliver intelligent, context-aware solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop GenAI/LLM-based systems using Langchain and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Implement prompt engineering techniques and agent-based frameworks.
• Translate business needs into scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to drive the technical roadmap for LLM initiatives.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and performance optimization.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with Langchain and RAG pipelines.
• Deep understanding of LLM internals, including prompt tuning, embeddings, vector databases, and agent workflows.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Background in machine learning or software engineering with a focus on system-level thinking.
• Ability to work independently and manage stakeholder communication.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in LLMs and Generative AI techniques.
• Experience with MLOps and scalable deployment patterns for AI models.
• Experience contributing to ML/AI product pipelines or end-to-end deployments.
