Role Overview :

As a Senior Gen AI Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing and deploying innovative Generative AI solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and software engineers, to design, build, and implement state-of-the-art AI models and applications. Your work will directly impact our clients by enabling them to automate tasks, personalize customer interactions, and gain valuable insights from unstructured data.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop Generative AI models using Large Language Models (LLMs) and other deep learning techniques to address specific business needs.

- Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance the accuracy and relevance of AI-generated content.

- Deploy and maintain AI models on Azure cloud platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

- Collaborate with data scientists to preprocess and analyze large datasets for training and evaluating AI models.

- Evaluate and fine-tune AI models to optimize performance and accuracy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Generative AI and related fields, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.

- Contribute to the development of AI best practices and guidelines, promoting the responsible and ethical use of AI technologies.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deploy Generative AI models using Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

- Proven expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, including text classification, sentiment analysis, and named entity recognition.

- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

- Solid understanding of cloud computing platforms, particularly Azure, and experience deploying AI models in a cloud environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
