Description

You will design, implement, and deploy security cloud platforms to mitigate threats and manage data protection in cloud computing environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver next-generation voice biometrics authentication capabilities, integrating them with cloud authentication and orchestration platforms.
• Elevate code into development, test, and cloud production environments while providing follow-up production support.
• Partner with technical leads to perform systems analysis, including requirement definition and logical design.
• Train and mentor junior staff on processes, releases, and technical workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues elevated from staff and manage change control requests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of related work experience.
• Experience implementing Genesys and Contact Centre solutions.
• Extensive experience with SBC (Session Border Controller), SIPREC, networking, and voice.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in Java and Python for web-based technology and AWS application building.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Github, Jenkins, or Bamboo.
• Knowledge of PCF, ECS, or EKS architecture.
• Experience creating application telemetry using Splunk or Open Telemetry tools like Appdynamics or Honeycomb.
• Familiarity with Call Center technology, architecture, and multi-channel integration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Voice Biometrics Authentication technologies.
• Experience integrating third-party products on AWS platforms.
