You will design, implement, and deploy security cloud platforms to mitigate threats and manage data protection in cloud computing environments.
Responsibilities
Design and deliver next-generation voice biometrics authentication capabilities, integrating them with cloud authentication and orchestration platforms.
Elevate code into development, test, and cloud production environments while providing follow-up production support.
Partner with technical leads to perform systems analysis, including requirement definition and logical design.
Train and mentor junior staff on processes, releases, and technical workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues elevated from staff and manage change control requests.
Required Skills
5+ years of related work experience.
Experience implementing Genesys and Contact Centre solutions.
Extensive experience with SBC (Session Border Controller), SIPREC, networking, and voice.
Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
Proficiency in Java and Python for web-based technology and AWS application building.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Github, Jenkins, or Bamboo.
Knowledge of PCF, ECS, or EKS architecture.
Experience creating application telemetry using Splunk or Open Telemetry tools like Appdynamics or Honeycomb.
Familiarity with Call Center technology, architecture, and multi-channel integration.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Voice Biometrics Authentication technologies.
Experience integrating third-party products on AWS platforms.
