You will operate as a Senior Genesys Cloud Engineer focusing on production system support and technical resolution.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and debug issues within the Genesys environment.
• Support live production systems.
• Resolve complex technical issues related to Genesys Cloud.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX.
• Programming experience in Java.
• Programming experience in JavaScript.
• Programming experience in TypeScript.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills within the Genesys context.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS.
• Experience with Python.
• Experience with the Spring framework.
