Description

You will own the geospatial data lifecycle for real estate and infrastructure assets, ensuring high-precision mapping and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Georeference and digitize real estate agreements, deeds, and engineering documents into the enterprise GIS environment.
• Analyze complex legal descriptions, land surveys, and as-built drawings to map spatial boundaries and property rights accurately.
• Perform rigorous spatial validation, attribute reviews, and quality control checks to maintain data consistency.
• Resolve spatial discrepancies by coordinating with internal real estate, legal, and engineering departments.
• Manage multiple concurrent data-centric projects independently while meeting strict accuracy standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in geospatial data development and maintenance.
• Advanced expertise in ArcGIS Pro 3.x and ArcGIS Enterprise 10.x.
• Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret land records, legal descriptions, and design drawings.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the capacity to work independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in railroad, utility, or large-scale infrastructure Right-of-Way (ROW) management.
• Ability to create comprehensive metadata and maintain digital linkages between GIS features and source records.
