Description

You will develop GIS programs, products, and tools to support law enforcement, dispatching, and service request analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer web applications using ArcGIS Online and internal web portals using real-time and historical data.
• Manage GIS data quality and contribute to the design, maintenance, and editing of the GIS database.
• Create and maintain geospatial datasets, layers, and integrated data from various non-GIS formats.
• Provide technical support for GIS systems associated with CAD, mobile data, and dispatcher mapping.
• Perform spatial analysis and generate geographic information products to support organizational decision-making.
• Support field operations mapping needs and provide user training on GIS applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in GIS development and analysis.
• Proficiency with ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Server/Portal.
• Experience with ESRI dashboards, ESRI Survey123, and the ESRI desktop software suite.
• Working knowledge of GPS/GIS theory, cartography, map design, and coordinate systems.
• Ability to manage spatial databases and enterprise GIS automation techniques.
• Experience compiling and evaluating vector data and designing simple application interfaces.
• Strong skills in creating and maintaining technical documentation and database design.
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working in law enforcement or military organizations.
