Description

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify applications using J2EE, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, C#, and Python
• Work with ESRI ArcGIS technologies including ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS APIs, ArcGIS JavaScript API, Esri SDKs, and ArcSDE
• Use ArcGIS Model Builder and Python for geospatial analysis and automation
• Design and optimize databases using SQL, triggers, and stored procedures
• Develop reports using SSRS and Power BI

Qualifications

• Required
  • Five (5) years of experience developing and modifying applications using J2EE, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, C#, or Python
  • Minimum three (3) years of hands-on experience with ESRI ArcGIS technologies including ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS APIs, ArcGIS JavaScript API, Esri SDKs, and ArcSDE
  • Experience with ArcGIS Model Builder and Python
  • Strong knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL), triggers, and stored procedures
  • Experience developing reports using SSRS and Power BI
• Preferred
  • Strong knowledge of relational database concepts and platforms, particularly Oracle and SQL Server
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, combined with five years of experience in systems analysis, change management analysis, project management, program analysis, or a closely related field
  • Recent engagement with a government entity
