Description

You will design and develop GIS applications for utility asset management workflows, owning the full lifecycle from requirements to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance desktop, web, and mobile GIS solutions using established frameworks.
• Integrate GIS solutions with CIS, ERP, OMS, and related enterprise systems.
• Lead or support teams through solution design, build, testing, and documentation.
• Gather requirements with product owners and client stakeholders, translating them into deliverables.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience, or 8-10 years without a four-year degree.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with Esri Utility Network, Experience Builder, and Operations Dashboard.
• Strong knowledge of ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, and ArcGIS Online.
• Understanding of GIS concepts, projections, coordinate systems, symbology, and annotation.
• Experience with API integration, specifically REST and/or SOAP web services.
• SQL Server and/or Oracle database experience.
• HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
