Description

Lead the migration of CI/CD pipelines from Jenkins to GitHub Actions, building scalable and reusable workflows.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Migrate existing Jenkins pipelines and shared libraries to GitHub Workflows and Composite Actions.
• Develop modular GitHub Composite Actions to enhance workflow reusability and maintainability.
• Build reusable workflow patterns to streamline project management and reduce duplication.
• Configure infrastructure setup using Terraform, including provisioning self-hosted runners in AKS or EKS.
• Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot, optimize, and document CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience migrating CI/CD pipelines from Jenkins to GitHub Actions.
• Strong proficiency in designing GitHub Workflows and Composite Actions for build, test, and deployment.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code, specifically for Kubernetes-based runners.
• Experience setting up runners in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS).
• Knowledge of at least one major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and managed services.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for runner setups and application deployments.
