Description

Design and build scalable, fault-tolerant systems with minimal guidance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop highly scalable, secure, and available backend systems.
• Write clear, concise, performant, and well-tested Golang code.
• Build and manage automated build, test, and deployment environments.
• Participate in agile development, system monitoring, and uptime management.
• Improve engineering standards, tooling, and internal processes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience developing, testing, and deploying large-scale applications using Golang.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL and Redis.
• In-depth knowledge of unit testing methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience implementing Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Strong understanding of concurrency, multithreading, and memory management.
• Expertise in performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of database interactions, network programming, and fault tolerance.
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies and Test Engineering.
• B.E, B.Tech, M.C.A, B.Sc, or M.Sc in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
