Description

You will design, develop, and test high-volume backend services and REST APIs using Go. You own the full software lifecycle, from coding and testing to deployment and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable microservices and REST APIs for high-traffic clients.
• Write comprehensive tests including unit, component, functional, and integration tests.
• Manage containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement asynchronous messaging and communication patterns.
• Collaborate within Agile teams using Git and Atlassian tools.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Golang.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of Python.
• Proven ability to work in Agile environments.
• Experience with Git version control.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Couchbase, Cassandra).
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Experience contributing to or maintaining open-source projects.
