Description

You will architect and scale distributed systems and GenAI applications for the bank's engineering strategy.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build high-scale microservices using Go.
• Develop modern frontend interfaces with React 19+ and TypeScript.
• Design distributed architectures and evaluate LLM behaviors at scale.
• Implement secure authentication using OAuth, JWT, and Vault.
• Drive technical consensus and lead architectural decisions across the organization.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in Go microservices.
• Proficiency with React 19+ and TypeScript.
• Experience with OpenShift/Kubernetes and GitOps CI/CD.
• Knowledge of MongoDB, Redis, and S3.
• Familiarity with Claude, Gemini, or proprietary LLMs.
• Experience with REST, gRPC, and WebSockets.
• Proficiency with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.

Preferred Skills

• Track record of architectural leadership in large organizations.
• Experience with pair programming and hands-on coding.
