Description

You will design and implement multi-layered, service-oriented, cloud-based applications using Golang.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Decompose business requirements into technical designs and provide accurate implementation estimations.
• Own the full lifecycle from requirement decomposition and estimation to implementation and documentation within an agile framework.
• Develop rapid prototypes and engage in regular pair programming to ensure code quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in cloud-based software applications.
• Contribute to technical documentation, wikis, and internal knowledge bases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Golang or other object-oriented languages such as Ruby, Python, PHP, or Java.
• Hands-on experience developing in Linux environments.
• Practical knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Experience with Terraform and strong understanding of DevOps practices.
• Proven experience developing web applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively across different teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Amazon EC2/S3 or other cloud services.
• Additional proficiency in Ruby.
