Description

You will build and maintain backend systems for the Core Brokerage Middle Office Platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable backend services using Golang and Java.
• Lead architectural discussions and mentor development teams.
• Translate complex financial domain requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality, security, and high performance across distributed systems.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Golang and Java/J2EE.
• Experience with Spring Boot and Hibernate.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, specifically Sybase.
• Hands-on API development with REST, gRPC, and SOAP.
• Background in microservices, distributed systems, and batch processing.
• Competency in Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with C++ and cloud-native architectures.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
