Description

You will lead the development and integration of conversational AI agents using Google Dialogflow CX.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex conversational flows using Google Dialogflow CX.
• Integrate Dialogflow with the Google CCAI Platform, including agent, schedule, and queue configurations.
• Connect Dialogflow with backend applications to facilitate data exchange.
• Design and implement Contact Center IVR solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in software development.
• 5+ years of specific experience in chatbot development.
• Expertise in Google Dialogflow CX development.
• Hands-on experience with Google CCAI Platform integration.
• Experience configuring agents, schedules, and queues within CCAI.
• Proven ability to integrate Dialogflow with backend application layers.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Contact Center IVR development.
• Proficiency in Java.
