Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the creative team through direct guidance.
• Design and create graphics tailored for various digital and physical platforms.
• Execute visual concepts from initial sketching to final production.
• Stay current with social media platforms and evolving design trends.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working within an agency environment.
• Proven experience in team handling and leading creative professionals.
• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects for animation.
• Strong skills in sketching and visual conceptualization.
• Ability to design for social media platforms.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in print design, packaging, and branding.
