Description

Lead visual design efforts across digital and print media to maintain a cohesive brand identity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes for digital platforms using Figma.
• Develop creative concepts for websites, marketing campaigns, social media assets, and presentations.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and marketing teams to refine design solutions.
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers to maintain high visual standards.
• Conduct quality checks on all deliverables to ensure alignment with project objectives and brand guidelines.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Expertise in Figma for prototyping and design systems.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with motion graphics and Lottie animation using After Effects.
