You will create and implement graphic design concepts for internal departments and the Corporate Marketing team.
Responsibilities
Design and implement assets across digital, print, environmental, and multi-media channels, including illustrations, infographics, email banners, social media, and large-format tradeshow booths.
Manage brand consistency by adhering to and building upon approved brand standards, photography, video, and iconography.
Oversee third-party digital, print, and production agencies to ensure quality, on-brand materials.
Package and preflight files for release to printers or media partners.
Collaborate with the creative director to assess project requirements, identify scope, and provide accurate time estimates.
Maintain and update resource libraries within Brandfolder and PowerPoint Toolkits.
Required Skills
7+ years of proven experience as a graphic designer in an in-house marketing or agency environment.
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Expert knowledge of pre-press, CMYK, RGB color spaces, proofing, and digital print production.
Advanced proficiency in color correction, image editing, masking, and compositing.
Advanced knowledge of typography, iconography, and layout design.
Experience with large format tradeshow booth design and facility environmental design.
Strong project management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Smartsheet.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and present creative concepts to stakeholders.
Degree in Graphic Design (BFA, BA, BS, or MFA) or equivalent experience.
