Description

You will lead the technical implementation and architecture of Guidewire Claimcenter solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify, create, extend, and maintain reusable architectural patterns and solutions.
• Prepare detailed designs for complex features across Guidewire Claimcenter, Digital, and Edge services.
• Guide Tech leads and teams through implementation and execution challenges.
• Create Guidewire SaaS best practices, product standards, and quality assurance guidelines.
• Review code to ensure adherence to standards and Guidewire best practices.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of proven development experience in Object Oriented Programming (Java) and SQL.
• Minimum 5 years in a Guidewire Technical Lead role.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Guidewire Claims Centre Configuration, Integration, and Testing Frameworks.
• Strong Guidewire Product knowledge and Insurance domain knowledge.
• Must have Guidewire cloud experience and Guidewire SaaS implementation experience.
• Prior experience supporting Property & Casualty Insurance to analyze customer business needs.
• Experience with Apache and JBOSS Application servers.
• Experience with XML, JUnit, Jenkins, GIT/Subversion/TFS, Code Coverage, and Code Scan Plugin/Tools.
• Experience with Database Servers like SQL Server, Oracle, and/or DB2.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in designing overall solutions on Guidewire Products like Jutro and cloud APIs.
• Guidewire Ace certified in configuration and Integration.
