Description

You will lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
• Provide expert consultation on HCM process best practices and configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HCM Cloud with other systems.
• Conduct end-user training and manage post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
• Monitor industry updates to recommend continuous improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of Core HR, Absence Management, Compensation, and Talent Management modules.
• Strong understanding of Payroll within the Oracle HCM ecosystem.
• Proficiency in Cloud Configurations, Data Migration, and System Integrations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
