Description

You will serve as a technical lead for Oracle HCM implementations and data management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Oracle HCM extracts and data integrations.
• Manage data migration and loading processes using HDL.
• Build and optimize BI Publisher reports for HCM data.
• Execute ETL processes to ensure data integrity across systems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in HCM environments.
• Expertise in Oracle HCM development.
• Strong proficiency with Oracle HCM Extract.
• Hands-on experience with Data Loader (HDL).
• Advanced skills in BI Publisher (BIP).
• Proven experience with ETL processes.
• Mandatory exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
