Description

You will own the design, development, and deployment of critical enterprise and external client reports, including managing reporting platforms and mentoring junior staff.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop reports by analyzing raw data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Administer, configure, and monitor reporting platforms, security settings, and data processes.
• Troubleshoot SQL code, underlying transformations, SSIS Packages, views, and stored procedures.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, research, and IT teams to deliver actionable business insights.
• Mentor junior staff and disseminate best practices across the team.

Required Skills

• 4-5 years of relative experience or equivalent education in data reporting and analysis.
• High proficiency in SQL and database analytical skills.
• Expertise in Cognos Reporting Tool, Framework Manager, and Cognos Server Administration.
• Proficiency with Toad, DBeaver, Workbench, SSMS, SSAS, and SSIS.
• Experience in data architecture, data modeling, and performance tuning within Data Warehouse environments.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Proficiency in data visualization and user experience design.
• Familiarity with HIPAA privacy and security rules.
