Description

You will own the analysis and requirements definition for complex healthcare payment systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to epic and feature discovery and refinement sessions, identifying requirements and gaps.
• Create process and data flow diagrams to support technical and business requirements.
• Produce and maintain high-quality documentation for technical and business processes.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and Business Operations Leads across cross-functional teams.
• Drive work forward independently to meet defined project objectives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of the Healthcare Payer domain.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale Agile programs, including 3-month planning and 2-week sprint execution.
• Proficiency in creating field-level mapping spreadsheets and related documentation.
• Strong capability to translate business needs into technical requirements for developers and IT teams.
• Fundamental understanding of programming concepts and API usage.
• Experience developing and maintaining detailed technical and business process documentation.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with building AI Agents.
• Beginner-level certifications in Artificial Intelligence / Agentic AI.
