Description

You will manage HL7 requirements and message analysis to ensure immunization systems meet required standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze HL7 messages and coordinate activities to maintain compliance with Immunization Information System standards.
• Lead the immunization response to meaningful use requirements and oversee the state meaningful use portal for data attestation.
• Manage testing processes for systems submitting meaningful use data directly from providers.
• Serve as the central point of contact for the CDC, JPHIT, CMS, and ONC regarding meaningful use information.
• Act as the liaison between state entities and facilities regarding immunization data and meaningful use issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in HL7 message analysis and requirement coordination.
• Strong working knowledge of Oracle databases.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL scripting.
• Experience working with JPHIT protocols or frameworks.
• Experience managing meaningful use data submission and validation processes.
• Ability to interpret and implement changes in meaningful use policy and procedure.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
