Description

Lead immunization response coordination for meaningful use requirements and manage public health readiness initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination of immunization responses to meaningful use requirements and policy changes.
• Manage testing processes for systems submitting meaningful use data from providers.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the state and facilities regarding immunization data and meaningful use issues.
• Act as the central point of contact for the CDC, JPHIT, CMS, and ONC regarding meaningful use information.
• Oversee the state meaningful use portal for immunization data attestation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional IT experience.
• 6+ years of HL7 messaging experience, specifically with VXU (Unsolicited Vaccination Record Update).
• 6+ years of experience with SDLC, IT project tools, and development implementation approaches.
• Strong working knowledge of Oracle database and PL/SQL scripting.
• Thorough knowledge of enterprise security practices.
• Experience working with CDC, JPHIT, CMS, and ONC frameworks.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Proven ability to manage project deadlines and communicate with diverse stakeholders and vendors.
