Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Hogan Developer with 10+ years of hands-on experience in Hogan Banking Systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Hogan applications, core banking systems, and mainframe technologies. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Hogan-based banking solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality financial system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
▪️Design, develop, and maintain applications using Hogan Banking Systems (CIS, IMS, IDS, etc.).
▪️Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
▪️Work on enhancements, maintenance, and support of Hogan core banking modules.
▪️Perform coding, testing, debugging, and deployment of Hogan programs.
▪️Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and project managers to implement banking solutions.
▪️Ensure system performance, security, and reliability of Hogan-based applications.
▪️Provide production support and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
▪️Participate in system integration and data migration activities when required.
▪️Follow development standards, documentation, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
▪️10+ years of experience in Hogan Development within the banking or financial services domain.
▪️Strong expertise in Hogan CIS / IMS / IDS modules.
▪️Experience working with Mainframe technologies such as COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, and CICS.
▪️Good understanding of core banking processes and financial systems.
▪️Experience in system analysis, design, coding, testing, and production support.
▪️Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in Hogan environments.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
▪️Excellent communication and collaboration skills
