Description

You will develop and maintain critical ACH applications on the NonStop Tandem platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into low-level designs and technical specifications.
• Write, debug, and test code using COBOL, SCOBOL, TACL, and TAL.
• Optimize SQL/MP and SQL/MX database performance for application efficiency.
• Partner with Operations and Product teams to troubleshoot defects and remediate production issues.
• Lead team members through the full development lifecycle within an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Client NonStop Tandem hardware and software platforms.
• Proficiency in COBOL, SCOBOL, TACL, TAL, DDL, and Enform.
• Experience with SQL MP, SQL MX, SQLCI, and MXCI databases.
• Hands-on use of NonStop Utilities including FUP, KLIST, SCUP, and TACL.
• Knowledge of Enscribe and requestor/server communication via Pathway.
• Experience using GIT and RMSCOM for version control.
• Proficiency with debugging tools such as Inspect, Visual Inspect, or eInspect.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience configuring and maintaining Oracle GoldenGate Replication on NonStop Tandem.
• Knowledge of US or Global ACH systems, fund transfers, or payment systems.
