Description

You will manage Federal HR position classification and organizational workload analysis for government customers.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze position types, grades, and numbers against organizational functions and workload.
• Assign pay plans, series, and grades in accordance with Federal statute.
• Establish Agency Standard Position Descriptions (ASPD) and unique position descriptions.
• Conduct position desk audits and classification consistency reviews.
• Collaborate with team members and work independently to meet Government Customer needs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Federal HR Position Classification experience.
• Senior-level experience in position analysis and organizational workload comparison.
• Deep knowledge of Office of Personnel Management (OPM) laws, regulations, and classification standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ServiceNow.
• Experience using technical systems that support Federal HR services.
