You will align HR initiatives with business objectives to drive high performance through structured rewards, recognition, and performance management frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage the company-wide Rewards and Recognition program.
• Define and execute unit-level performance management frameworks.
• Lead performance appraisal cycles, including calibration and arbitration.
• Develop high-performer programs to retain top talent.
• Execute branding exercises to increase employee participation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in HR management or business partnering.
• Experience designing and managing Rewards and Recognition programs.
• Proven ability to manage performance appraisal, calibration, and arbitration.
• Expertise in implementing performance management frameworks.
• Strong analytics skills for data-informed HR decisions.
• Proficiency in creating professional presentations for leadership.
• Ability to manage performance improvement plans (PIPs).
