Description

You will manage day-to-day Workday HCM operations and lead system optimizations. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle data within Workday, including onboarding, compensation, benefits, performance, and offboarding.
• Develop and document HRIS business process workflows to improve efficiency, compliance, and self-service capabilities.
• Partner with IT to troubleshoot system issues, automate core HR processes, and execute the roadmap for system upgrades and enhancements.
• Maintain data integrity through regular audits to ensure compliance with data protection laws.
• Translate functional business requirements into technical specifications and work breakdown structures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a specialized HR Information System (HRIS) role.
• Workday HCM Pro Certification.
• Practical experience with HR database administration.
• Strong knowledge of data privacy and security requirements.
• Experience managing system upgrades and technical integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced report writing.
• Project management experience.
