You will manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for both IT and non-IT roles, ensuring immediate staffing needs are met.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-lifecycle recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
• Manage candidate pipelines to meet urgent hiring requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to fulfill immediate staffing needs.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across diverse functional areas.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources and recruitment.
• Proven track record in both IT and non-IT hiring.
• Ability to manage high-volume, immediate requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in high-growth or fast-hiring environments.
• Knowledge of current labor market trends in Chennai.
