Description

Design and lead the development of advanced RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere and Power Automate, integrating AI/ML capabilities to optimize complex business processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Design and build RPA bots using Automation Anywhere (A360) and Power Automate, integrating Python, NLP, and Computer Vision.
• Develop reusable RPA components, libraries, and frameworks to improve development efficiency and maintainability.
• Oversee bot deployment, scheduling, monitoring, and error handling to ensure performance, security, and scalability.
• Mentor junior developers on RPA best practices and provide technical support for deployed solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on RPA development experience.
• Deep expertise in Automation Anywhere (A360) and Power Automate.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, API integration, and object-oriented programming.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML, NLP, and Computer Vision integration within automation workflows.
• Experience with database integration and cross-functional collaboration.
• Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional (A360) or higher.
• Power Automate PL certification (PL500).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Deep Learning, Gen AI integrations, and Chatbot Automation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and low-code platforms like OutSystems.
