Description

You will modify open-source code to function within a specific client ecosystem, owning hypervisor performance, scalability, and security.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Debug, profile, and optimize hypervisor performance for scalability and efficiency.
• Review and contribute to architectural discussions and code reviews.
• Collaborate with software, hardware, and security teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Contribute to open-source projects and work with communities to improve supervisor performance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in open-source software development with a focus on virtualization.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or Go.
• Working knowledge of open-source hypervisors.
• Experience writing and understanding software code within an infrastructure context.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Work experience at a product company such as VMware or RedHat.
