Lead the design and implementation of One Identity Manager solutions for enterprise clients.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement One Identity Manager solutions tailored to customer requirements.
• Integrate One Identity solutions into existing IT environments to address complex IAM challenges.
• Manage IAM projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery against scope and timeline.
• Engage with clients to identify IAM needs and deliver customized technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing One Identity Manager solutions at an enterprise level.
• Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles, protocols, and technologies.
• Proven experience managing IAM projects from inception to completion.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and experience mentoring junior staff.
• Solid grasp of Access Management principles.
• Ability to handle complex problem-solving and decision-making.
• Proficiency in English and either German or French.
