You will serve as the senior subject matter expert for enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
Responsibilities
- Create a technical roadmap for core enterprise IAM solutions by collaborating with internal technical stakeholders.
- Own complex program design, testing, debugging, documentation, and the integration of user experience considerations.
- Lead proof of concept initiatives, product selection, and the deployment of IAM and PKI-related solutions.
- Define IAM policies, procedures, and governance requirements for non-centralized functions.
- Provide escalated administrative support for IAM systems and manage technical vendor relationships.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Identity and Access Management.
- 5+ years of experience with multi-factor authentication platforms.
- 5+ years of experience with authentication, authorization, and directory platforms.
- Extensive experience designing and configuring third-party integrations using SAML.
- In-depth understanding of RBAC, least privilege, segregation of duties, and access control concepts.
- Development experience in Java/J2EE and JavaScript.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot identities, accounts, entitlements, and permissions.
- Experience working within Agile practices.
- Ability to quickly ramp up on different IAM technology stacks, such as Okta.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ForgeRock products, including AM, DS, IG, IDM, and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with AWS and ForgeRock implementation on SaaS.
- Experience with monitoring tools: CloudWatch, RockMon, AppDynamics, DataDog, and ELK Kibana.
