Description

Design and implement non-human identity solutions, IAM governance, and backend services for secure, automated identity workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM solution design, implementation, and support using SailPoint and identity governance frameworks.
• Build and maintain backend services using Java and Shell scripting.
• Develop and maintain IAM integrations within CI/CD pipelines for secure, automated workflows.
• Establish and enforce access controls, identity lifecycle management, and governance processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive integration of IAM solutions with DevOps tooling and cloud environments.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Strong understanding of IAM principles: authentication, authorization, provisioning, and governance.
• Proven experience with backend development in Java.
• Proficiency in Shell scripting.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs and API integrations.
• Familiarity with C# development.
• Experience with cloud environments: AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with SailPoint and/or Clutch.
• Prior experience with Non-Human Identity (NHI) or service account governance.
