You will design, implement, and maintain enterprise identity and access management systems, ensuring secure governance and automation across hybrid infrastructure.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Engineer complex enterprise directory integrations with identity governance platforms.
• Design identity governance workflows incorporating audit trails and attestations.
• Automate the RBAC framework and streamline existing IAM processes.
• Lead technical deliveries for Identity Services projects and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor, maintain, and plan capacity for identity and directory services.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT or IT Security experience.
• 6+ years designing, developing, and testing IAM systems across Dev, Test, and Production.
• Strong programming skills in Java, SQL, Stored Procedures, and BeanShell.
• Experience with Spring frameworks.
• Hands-on expertise with IdentityIQ, ISC, and Identity Now for Identity Governance and Application Onboarding.
• Proficiency with Role Based Access Control (RBAC) and Policy Based Access Controls (PBAC).
• Experience integrating identity, access management, and governance software into client infrastructure.
• Familiarity with REST web services protocols.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, Oracle, and Google.
