Description

You will design and implement enterprise-scale Identity and Access Management solutions, with a focus on M&A integration and system consolidation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute IAM integration strategies for M&A activities, assessing merged entity landscapes.
• Manage the consolidation of disparate identity providers, user directories (Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP), and access systems.
• Automate user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews across integrated systems.
• Design and maintain IAM solutions covering SSO, MFA, PAM, and RBAC frameworks.
• Ensure IAM processes comply with regulatory requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, SOX) and internal security policies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an IAM Engineer implementing enterprise-scale solutions, specifically supporting M&A integration.
• Proficiency with directory services, including Active Directory, Azure AD, and LDAP.
• Extensive knowledge of authentication standards: SSO (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), MFA, and PAM.
• Hands-on experience with IAM platforms (e.g., Okta, CyberArk, ForgeRock, Ping Identity, SailPoint).
• Experience scripting for automation and integration using PowerShell or Python.
• Strong understanding of access control models, specifically RBAC, and security principles.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and Zero Trust architecture principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Security, or equivalent practical experience.
