You will own identity lifecycle, access governance, and privileged access strategy across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute IAM strategy and implement best practices for identity lifecycle and access governance.
• Ensure appropriate system access for business partners, contractors, and employees based on policy.
• Develop, customize, and configure Identity Management and Governance products.
• Author and maintain automation jobs for lifecycle management using scripting and configuration languages.
• Deploy Segregation of Duties (SOD) to SAP systems using IGA/IAM tools.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• 5+ years configuring and deploying IGA products such as Saviynt or SailPoint.
• 3+ years of experience with PAM tools including CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea.
• Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, and SCIM APIs for data integration.
• Proficiency in Java, SQL, JSON, PowerShell, Python, and XML.
• Strong understanding of LDAP, x509, Kerberos, RBAC, SAML, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect.
• Experience with Active Directory, group policy, and federation technologies like Okta, Azure AD, or AWS IAM.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with Delinea or Saviynt.
• Endpoint Privileged Management expertise.

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
