You will design, implement, and support identity and access management solutions across the organization.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement Okta solutions for identity and access management across applications.
• Design, deploy, and manage IAM systems including SSO, MFA, and user lifecycle management.
• Develop automated processes for user provisioning and identity lifecycle management using PowerShell, JSON, and Python.
• Design and implement identity governance solutions to enforce access rights and compliance.
• Troubleshoot IAM incidents and enhance overall system performance.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in IAM engineering with tools like Okta, BeyondTrust, SailPoint, Auth0, and B2C.
• 5+ years in IAM governance, focusing on identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, reviews, and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of SSO protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth, WS-Federation).
• Extensive experience with Okta workflows for automated provisioning.
• Proven skills automating user provisioning using PowerShell, JSON, and Python.
• Strong knowledge of directory services, LDAP, and Active Directory.
• Experience integrating BeyondTrust with SIEM and identity management platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate education or equivalent work experience.
