Description

Lead the design, deployment, and governance of advanced Identity and Access Management solutions in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy IAM solutions, integrating complex systems into the infrastructure.
• Develop and implement IAM governance frameworks, including ULM, RBAC, and access reviews.
• Perform risk assessments and execute mitigation strategies for identity services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related incidents to ensure service continuity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
• Proficiency with Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Experience with IGA, MFA, and PAM technologies.
• Strong understanding of IAM principles, including SoD and ITDR.
• Knowledge of Data Governance practices.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IAM initiatives.
• Any Graduate degree.
