Description

Design, develop, and implement non-human identity solutions across SaaS platforms, leading IAM solution architecture and SailPoint governance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain IAM integrations within CI/CD pipelines, ensuring secure and automated identity workflows.
• Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Shell scripting, with familiarity in C#.
• Collaborate on REST API integrations, consuming and implementing APIs using Swagger/OpenAPI specifications.
• Establish and enforce access controls, identity lifecycle management, and governance processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive integration of IAM solutions with DevOps tooling and cloud environments.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Strong understanding of IAM principles: authentication, authorization, provisioning, and governance.
• Proven experience with backend development in Java and Shell scripting.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs and API integrations.
• Familiarity with cloud environments: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with SailPoint and/or Clutch.
• Prior experience with Non-Human Identity (NHI) or service account governance.
