You design and implement identity and access management solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SSO, MFA, and RBAC solutions.
• Manage IAM systems to ensure high availability and security.
• Develop and enforce IAM policies to meet compliance standards.
• Integrate IAM systems with applications, infrastructure, and cloud services.
• Lead user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access certification processes.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of experience in identity and access management.
• Strong knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint, Okta, Ping Identity, or Microsoft Azure AD.
• Experience integrating IAM solutions with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements like GDPR, HIPAA, and NIST.

Preferred Skills

• CISM or CISSP certification.
• Experience with cloud-native IAM implementations.
