Description

You will own advanced operational support and troubleshooting for the IAM environment, leading project workstreams across end-to-end IAM and infrastructure projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct triage and resolution for IAM issues and outages to ensure system stability.
• Design, implement, and operate complex enterprise IAM solutions aligned with business needs.
• Guide junior engineers and translate business requirements into technical IAM designs.
• Develop process improvement strategies based on pattern recognition in incident data.
• Manage project workstreams for IAM and infrastructure initiatives from conception to delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IAM or a related security area.
• Proficiency with CyberArk for password vaulting and privileged session management.
• Working knowledge of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
• Experience with SAML and OAuth modern authentication protocols.
• Familiarity with API Management and holistic SSO concepts.
• Understanding of MFA and NIST standards related to IAM processes.
• Experience with ITIL framework ticket resolutions.
• Skills in scripting, risk analysis, and problem-solving.
